Aerial Yoga combines vinyasa flow yoga and aerial swings to create a practice that is full of movement, playfulness and freedom. With the support of the hammocks, advanced poses such as Handstand, Mermaid, and Flying butterfly become accessible to all. Must be paid online to reserve your swing. This class will fill and is on a first come, first served basis. $20

Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
