Come and join us for this 90 minute workshop to melt away the stress of the Holiday season and dig into the energy of centeredness and balance. This joyous time of the year is better appreciated and enjoyed when we practice self care and alignment for self, first. This is a restorative class, with lots of support and love. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be minimum 6 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
