Service Description
Join us for a unique experience at Lightworker Yoga for a floating Yoga Nidra Specialty Class. We will begin with floor work and light stretching using the aerial swings,, followed by a 50 minute Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) in the aerial hammock. Come and feel the liberation of being totally held and suspended as you breathe your worries away and settle into the knowing that everything you need to be happy and free in this life is already inside you. Students will be bathed in the elemental sound (rain, thunder, wind, water, oceanwaves, and fire) and Sage aromatherapy as well as the cleansing and clearing power of essential oils. Only eight swings are available, so you must sign up and pay the $30 self-investment to secure your spot. Total cost for the workshop is $30.
