Service Description
Join us for POWER FLOW!! A blend of HIIT and strength with yoga and stretching. This combo class will leave you feeling strong and empowered while also giving you the opportunity to release and relax. This class will include a long Savasana meditation at the end. Bring a water and a yoga mat and an open mind. Walk ins $15 Class passes welcome.

Cancellation Policy
All Yoga Booking Prices are set for a "Drop-In" Class price. Those who have purchased passes will need to show proof of purchase at check-in. Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
