Join us for this opportunity to learn pranayama (deep breathing exercises) and meditation. Adding these two simple yet profound practices to your daily life can help you find the inner peace you desire. This workshop is for anyone who wants simple tools to help you embody more inner peace and feel less stress and anxiety. No experience needed. Bring a mat, pillow, blanket and water. Student handout will be provided but if you like to take notes, bring a notebook too.
All Yoga Booking Prices are set for a "Drop-In" Class price. Those who have purchased passes will need to show proof of purchase at check-in. Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
