Service Description

Primal flow blends dynamic Buti movements into a Vinyasa style yoga class. Lower impact than a traditional Buti yoga class while still challenging and invigorating. In this style we move on the breath to generate Energy and create flow. It’s an incredible class for building strength and flexibility. Come try it today! $15 Class passes welcome

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
