Service Description
Join us to flow and glow and grow. July 19. Paint at 815 class starts at 845. It is Moon Fest so follow signs for parking. Primal flow blends dynamic Buti movements into a Vinyasa style yoga class. Lower impact than a traditional Buti yoga class while still challenging and invigorating. In this style we move on the breath to generate Energy and create flow. It’s an incredible class for building strength and flexibility. Pre-registration and prepay required. Minimum 2 by July 18
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be minimum 6 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
