This 90 minute workshop will give you the opportunity to slow down and tune in. Come and join us to stretch, breathe, and release. You'll leave with a centeredness in spirit and a lightness of body. See you on the mat. We have mats, bolsters, and blankets you may use but if you have a favorite mat or any other items you wish to bring then please do. Come well hydrated and with an open heart. Self investment $30 Complementary hot tea and chocolates after class. ☕️ 🍫

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be minimum 6 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
