Service Description

Join us for our very first SUNDAY GLOW UP. What can I expect? 1. BUTI Yoga (60 min) 2. Journaling Circle (20 min) 3. Guided Meditation (20 min) 4. Sound Healing (20 min) 5. Light Brunch -blueberry oatmeal bake, egg casserole, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Come and experience the healing benefits of being nourished with all the Elements to bring back balance and restoration to your nervous system and entire BEing. $44 Must pre pay and register to save your spot. And let us know if you have any allergies or food preferences so we can accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
