Lightworker Yoga is a community of individuals who seek to be part of something that facilitates a whole, healthy, mindful, transformative, practice so that each person who practices movement with me can step into the best person they can be in that moment. We practice movement to tap into the parts of ourselves that need attention in a physical, mental and spiritual way. We understand that through the power of collective love, support, and guidance we can all create ripples of powerful positive change in our worlds.
