Service Description

Somatic movement, cardio dance, plyometrics, HIIT, where your soul gets a workout as much as your body does, Join us for this movement medicine practice. This is a community class meeting that there is no charge, but you are welcome to make a donation directly to the teacher, Elisha. Come and shake out the stress and leave feeling empowered!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be minimum 6 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
