DEEP by Buti Yoga is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational changes on a cellular level. The class focuses on: ♾ a deep core workout but does not contain cardio ♾ micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle ♾ deep hip and shoulder stretches ♾ allowing you to wind down + focus DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep asanas. There is no cardio or plyometrics, just a whole lot of deep engagement on the mat! We will have a 60 min deep class followed by a 30 minute Savasana where Melanie will come and give you Reiki Healing Energy. We will have bolsters, pillows, and blankets to ensure your comfort. This class will be by candlelight and will be an immersive experience in healing and restoration. Self investment $45
