Catharsis -Somatic Healing

Service Description

Focusing on neuroplasticity and the somatic experience, our the Somatic Healing Protocol (7 appointments total) guides clients through targeted somatic movement practices that facilitate the release of stored trauma within the fascial matrix. This approach enhances the client's ability to reset the nervous system. Catharsis is the most physical of the seven appointments and clients will be given the opportunity to fill out a form to assist the practitioner in tailoring the session towards the client’s “stuck points” or patterns of struggles they face.
