When the body begins to feel run down it is because of an imbalance in the energy field first. When we experience chronic stress and anxiety, or even acute trauma, it brings us out of alignment. This appointment will not only balance your energy field, but it will also awaken your 7 main Chakras. Think of each chakra as a spinning wheel of energy, each spinning wheel is connected to bundles of nerves that connect to various organs within the entire system. By balancing and awakening these energy fields, we can come to a greater sense of self, we can carry less stress and anxiety, and come to experience a deeper sense of grounding. All of which all allows us to have more clarity and understanding. Chakra Awakening is for anyone who feels out of balance, is experiencing the negative affects of stress and anxiety, or anyone who just simply wants to feel more grounded and alive in their body. It awakens the body to its original state of alignment and raises its vibration, creating clarity and wholeness. Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
