Service Description

Welcome to Slow Flow… a traditional yoga class that will have movement and flow to yoga postures. This will be slower than a traditional vinyasa class but shorter posture holds than a hatha class. Great for all levels!! No experience needed. Walk ins $15 Class passes welcome.

Cancellation Policy

All Yoga Booking Prices are set for a "Drop-In" Class price. Those who have purchased passes will need to show proof of purchase at check-in. Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance for all classes and workshops. All personal services must be booked 24 hours in advance and they must also be cancelled/rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
